There are several types of man boob exercises that are recommended for those men who want to get rid of their enlarged breasts. The two main types that are suggested because they will burn off calories, which are what is needed to lose the excess fat, include interval exercise and strength training. With an exercise program that includes these two groups of workout methods, and a strong commitment of time the problem will disappear.

Firstly with interval training what you are trying to do is get your body’s metabolism working overtime. You should begin by doing daily sessions of between twenty and twenty five minutes alternating between the tougher exercises and the cardio routines. A recommended program is usually a half minute of the hard work to two minutes of a cardio workout. Then repeat, depending on where you are in your program, eight to fifteen times. How many repetitions depends on if you have just begin an exercise program or you have been working on it for a while and built up to longer sessions. Good cardiovascular exercise includes running and rowing. A rowing machine is a terrific way to lose fat and tighten the chest muscles. If you like to play sports that is also a great way to burn calories. Tennis, soccer, basketball and hockey are among the best choices.
Exercises for strength training operate slightly differently. They do not burn the same number of calories. Instead they are more likely to build the muscle that gives you a better shape. Push-ups and bench presses are two of the best for this purpose. They both work hard to turn the fat into attractive chest muscle.
